Unfortunately, Olympia store does not offer refund or exchange of items unless the products provided were faulty. Acceptable reasons for a refund or exchange are:
- Damaged goods
- Mis-print on customised products
- You were sent different products to what you ordered
To initiate a refund or exchange, please send us a note via our contact page and include your order number and other relevant details regarding the refund or exchange request.
If we agree to a refund or exchange for one of the reasons above, we will also gladly pay for return postage should it be required.
Sorry, but we do not refund or exchange due to a change of mind, over-order or any other reasons other than those stated above, so please ensure you select carefully when purchasing.
Samples are available to purchase to gain a true representation of the product in terms of size, fit and colour. If you are unsure if your stationery or invitation will fit into our envelopes, or colour match, we always recommend ordering a sample before proceeding with a large order.
When customising your envelopes, please ensure your text is entered correctly, and your foiling colour is selected appropriately, before adding to your cart. Olympia will customise envelopes with text exactly as it is entered, so double check all spelling, dates and details are correct before proceeding is essential.
Olympia store is not responsible for picking up on errors, however, if you realise you have made a mistake once you receive your confirmation of order receipt, please email us immediately with your order number and the error and we will try our best to rectify your mistake if it hasn't yet gone to print.
